Import external orders

Our module allows you to import orders external to your store and offer your customers the possibility to consult them.
Importing external orders may be a necessity if you also sell your products elsewhere than on your Prestashop store. Our module offers you this possibility while clearly distinguishing between these orders and those placed on your online store.
Your customers will be able to view these orders directly via their front office customer area.
You will have several ways to import your orders:
- Import via CSV file uploaded manually (an example template is supplied with the module)
- Import via CSV file stored on a server (even external) using a cron job
- Manual addition of orders via the module interface in Back office.
All the imported orders are then listed in the module interface and are editable.
You can also link invoices to newly created orders either by storing them on a server (again it does not necessarily have to be the same as the one on which your store is located), or by sending them manually via the interface of the module.
Our module is ideal for sellers using an ERP, it can be adapted on request if the formatting of your data requires it.
